I’m ready for my second act. I’m older, smarter, wiser, and prepared to give and receive good things. I’ve got a lot to offer. I’m stable, I have a great career, and I’m independent and doing well. I value intellectual conversations, as well as down to earth ones, and I love to have fun and connect with others in meaningful ways. I believe in God and am spiritual. I have enjoyed attending Baptist churches, though I never have attended regularly nor often because I prefer to pray and count my blessings at home. I have many hobbies and interests, including playing tennis and racquetball, reading, all things fantastical (anime, sci-fi/fantasy, etc.), and hanging out with friends and family. In short, my life is full, but it has space for a special person to round it out.
I’m interested in a man who is secure in himself. I’m not looking for the most handsome, nor the most rich. Stability is important to me, and therefore I need someone who has achieved some of his own significant life goals. I’m looking for someone who I can enjoy talking to regularly, and who I get along with on a day-to-day compatibility basis. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t play the field when he has someone special to come home to, and who is able to commit if the relationship is good. I’m looking for someone with whom I’m physically compatible. I’m looking for someone to have fun with and with whom I can grow and build. I’m looking for someone who is honest and tells the truth just as I do, about both the good and the bad of ourselves and of life. In short, I’m looking for someone to compliment me, as I would expect to be a compliment to him. Life is short, and it would be nice to enjoy it with a special man.
